ROYAL REACH MARINA
Baca architects have been appointed by TDM Limited to breathe life into an existing marina located opposite the Royal Palace of Hampton Court. Set on the River Thames, Royal Reach Marina will deliver an iconic landmark for London. The proposals will expand and enhance the marina by upgrading the existing marina facilities.
The proposal presents the redevelopment of the site to preserve and enhance the existing marina activities, maintaining and protecting the working character of the River Thames. As well as enhancing and increasing opportunity for waterside recreation and leisure activities, whilst answering calls to match the growing demand and potential for tourist accommodation.
The scheme will consist of a mixed-use development, comprised of enhanced Marina activities, SPA and Boutique Hotel, business space and commercial uses with associated parking and landscaping. The scheme will go out to public consultation shortly.
