Ashwicken Lakes Floating Villas

 

 

 

8 Floating Villas are to be constructed at the west of Ashwicken Lake. These evolve a similar language of the smaller lodges to create a complementary family of designs. The 2-storey floating villas are proposed along the western edge of the site.​

 

Parking is controlled to dedicated bays for each property, at bank level, with an allowance of 2 cars per property. The bank is higher in this location and properties are accessed from a moveable truss bridge that can rise and fall to accommodate any variance in the lake level.
