British Waterways have been commissioned Baca Architects to development a visionary waterspace strategy - to activate and animate the waterspaces within the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The ambition is to built upon the Liverpool’s city of culture status to create an internationally recognisable waterway and waterfront destination.
